Our stay at Bazpackers was exceptional. We initially booked for one night but ended up extending for over a week due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were excellent and allowed us to keep our room throughout our son's hospital stay. The rooms were spotless and the communal areas were well-maintained. The convenient location and friendly atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Bazpackers for a stress-free and comfortable experience.

The hotel was located just opposite the castle, making it easy to go for lovely morning walks around the castle. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Our room had a beautiful view of the city, and the room service was prompt and efficient. As guests with children, we enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the pool and the game room.
The staff wasn't quite friendly or welcoming.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and easy access to nearby attractions. the staff were always available to assist even though the facilities were not up to standard. the mattresses were comfortable, and the linens were clean; a much-needed respite after a long day of exploring. the location was incredibly convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. Overall the ambience was relaxed, and it felt like a home away from home.
The cleanliness of the facility was not up to par, and the shared spaces were too small and uncomfortable. the kitchen was filthy;

Had a fun Easter break in Scotland. The hostel offered two complementary things that were nice. The location was perfect - easy to walk to the touristy spots and still quiet enough to get away from the crowds. Best of all was the cozy common area with fireplace, great to chill and hang out with friends.
The showers were incredibly small and uncomfortable to move around in. Plus, the room was so stuffy that it was tough to sleep at night.
